In Gallup’s Global Workplace Study of over 120,000 employees, 59% of employees reported quiet quitting.
Yet, research also shows 8 out of 10 worldwide workers enjoy what they do.
As research continues to confirm, work isn’t the problem.
The workplace is the problem.
What can organizations do?
One of the most important things employees want is meaningful feedback.
In fact, receiving meaningful feedback in the past seven days increase employee engagement by four times the amount of having the “right number” of days in an office.
